Ah, red buds, I fell in love with your neck of the woods many years ago when I lived in Lexington and Charlottesville and worked for our hometown newspaper as a staff photographer. I still remember everybody talking about red buds beginning in March. I can re-live the old cherished memories of my time in Virginia through your gorgeous gallery, my dear Rachel. The world is a better place because you're in it. Keep up the superb job.
